Shipping - The shipping charges (in UK£) shown in the shopping cart are based on weight classes for the different products. Some are sent on CDs or floppy disks only, whereas others have manuals of varying size and weight. With CD-only products several can be sent on a single CD; for example, if you purchase XLStat and several advanced modules they will all be sent on the same disk and attract just one shipping charge in class 1.

If you are ordering in US dollars (either with a check or a purchase order) then the shipping costs in US$ will be determined at the prevailing exchange rate (currently around 1.65 $/£). Please contact us for a precise quote.
Payment may be by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Access, or Eurocard) or cheque or money order in UK pounds or US dollars (drawn on UK or US banks). Credit cards will be charged in UK pounds; your card company will bill you in your home currency. Please make cheques payable to "Kovach Computing Services". You may also pay by direct bank transfer - please contact us for bank details.
Departmental purchase orders will be accepted, but only for orders greater than UK£50.
Payment of any import duty is the responsibility of the customer.
European Union customers - if you are registered for VAT, please send your registration number; otherwise VAT will be charged at the UK rate.
