How do I uninstall XLSTAT?

If you want to uninstall XLSTAT because you feel the tool is not appropriate for you or because you want to upgrade to a new version, all you need to do is:

XLSTAT 5.0 and later:

• close Excel
• Activate the Windows control panel (see below)

• select Add/Remove programs
• in the programs list, select XLSTAT-Pro, and click Remove
• click Yes in the Confirm File Deletion dialog box
• versions 5.0 till 6.1: remove the button. To do so, select View / Toolbars / Customize, and then drag and drop the button over the dialog box which pops up.

XLSTAT will be removed from your computer. You can then install a new copy of XLSTAT if you wish.

XLSTAT versions 3.0 to 4.5:

• check that XLSTAT is not selected in the Excel / Tools / Add-ins list; if it is, please unselect it,
• close Excel,
• remove all files starting with "xlstat" in the directory where you have installed XLSTAT.

XLSTAT will be removed from your computer. You can then install a new copy of XLSTAT if you wish.
