XLSTAT - MicroMover
This tool allows you to move any object, with full control on the direction and on the number of pixels your object is moved. You can also use this tool to move data labels on a plot. To do so, activate the corresponding chart (or chartsheet), then select a datalabels series and start the MicroMover. The standard distance for the movement is 1 but to move an object faster you can change the distance to any integer number you want.
